Eso significa que, de los 5 litros de sangre que bombea tu coraz\u00f3n, gran parte va directo a tu cabeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00f3rgano tan peque\u00f1o funcionando como una <strong>central energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>. \u00bfDe d\u00f3nde saca la fuerza? De lo que comes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El cerebro: mucho m\u00e1s que neuronas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cerebro no solo mueve tu cuerpo. Tambi\u00e9n produce neurotransmisores, regula tus emociones, genera tu material gen\u00e9tico y construye qui\u00e9n eres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenemos <strong>86 mil millones de neuronas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cada una se conecta con hasta <strong>10.000 m\u00e1s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La red resultante podr\u00eda extenderse <strong>180.000 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong>, casi la mitad del viaje a la Luna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una m\u00e1quina brillante que, sin embargo, muchas veces colapsamos con el <strong>estr\u00e9s, los malos h\u00e1bitos y la alimentaci\u00f3n equivocada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Einstein y el misterio del cerebro humano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras su muerte en 1955, el pat\u00f3logo <strong>Thomas Harvey<\/strong> conserv\u00f3 el cerebro de Einstein y en 1985 se inici\u00f3 su estudio cient\u00edfico.<br>\u00bfLa sorpresa? Su cerebro pesaba lo mismo que el nuestro, pero sus <strong>conexiones neuronales eran un 15 % m\u00e1s numerosas<\/strong> y ten\u00eda mayor proporci\u00f3n de grasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conclusi\u00f3n es poderosa: no es el n\u00famero de neuronas lo que nos diferencia, sino <strong>la calidad de nuestras conexiones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tu cerebro es grasa y agua: la importancia de nutrirlo bien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cerebro est\u00e1 formado por un <strong>77 % de agua y un 12 % de grasa esencial<\/strong>. Necesita l\u00edpidos de calidad (como los omega-3) para funcionar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando reducimos demasiado las grasas en la dieta y abusamos de az\u00facares simples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La insulina neuronal se ve afectada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disminuye la capacidad de crear nuevas conexiones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La memoria y la claridad mental se deterioran.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 Comer grasas saludables no es una moda: es un requisito para tener un cerebro vivo, creativo y protegido contra enfermedades como el Alzheimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Memoria, estr\u00e9s y lo que aprend\u00ed de Jim Kwik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2020 empec\u00e9 a notar que mi memoria no era la misma. Me costaba recordar nombres, tel\u00e9fonos, detalles que antes reten\u00eda con facilidad. Llegu\u00e9 a pensar si era el inicio de algo m\u00e1s serio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese momento descubr\u00ed el trabajo de <strong>Jim Kwik<\/strong>, mentor en memoria y aprendizaje. Entend\u00ed que mi cerebro no estaba fallando, estaba <strong>intoxicado por estr\u00e9s, mala alimentaci\u00f3n y exceso de est\u00edmulos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con cambios simples \u2014nutrici\u00f3n consciente, m\u00e1s ox\u00edgeno y mejores h\u00e1bitos\u2014 mi mente volvi\u00f3 a brillar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo potenciar tus neuronas cada d\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hidrataci\u00f3n<\/strong>: el agua es la base de tu cerebro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grasas saludables<\/strong>: aguacate, aceite de oliva, pescado azul, frutos secos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Menos az\u00facar<\/strong>: protege tu insulina neuronal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Descanso<\/strong>: dormir es reorganizar tus conexiones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ejercicio<\/strong>: activa la circulaci\u00f3n y oxigena el cerebro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: reduce el ruido y mejora la plasticidad neuronal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusi\u00f3n: tu cerebro, tu mejor inversi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No nacemos con cerebros diferentes. Nacemos con cerebros que necesitan ser cuidados, alimentados y estimulados. La diferencia entre olvidar y recordar, entre crear o estancarse, est\u00e1 en <strong>c\u00f3mo nutres y entrenas tus neuronas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al final, cuidar tu mente es cuidar tu vida entera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cerebro es m\u00e1s que un \u00f3rgano: es tu central energ\u00e9tica, tu memoria viva y tu motor creativo.
